One of the calmer and more serene pieces in the otherwise very joyful and vibrant selection of pieces in the Neurospicy Art collection.

When I was creating this project, I really wanted to make sure that there was something for everyone in the collection, so I made an effort to include a handful of pieces that has more restrained tones like the beautiful pastel blue in this one.

This colour looks and feels like peace to me and I instantly feel relaxed whenever I see it.

The phrase “peace of mind” grew out of the older word peace, which has been used in English since the Middle Ages for calm, quiet, and freedom from trouble.

By around the 1200s–1300s, peace was also used for inner or spiritual calm, and “peace of mind” came to mean a state where your thoughts are free from worry or fear.
