Domestic & international shipping
All prints are shipped directly from our printing and fulfillment partner, the amazing team at Left Bank Art Group who are based in sunny Queensland.
Your prints will be dispatched within 3-5 days and then delivered either by Australia Post or DHL.
All A1 & ‘whole collection’ orders will receive complimentary shipping.
Otherwise, flat rate shipping charges apply to all orders:

PACKAGING
A4 & A3 prints are inserted into a clear sleeve with card backing, and sent in a flat pack
A2 prints are rolled with kraft barrier paper, and sent in a postage tube 62cm x 7cm diameter.
A1 prints are rolled with kraft barrier paper, and sent in a postage tube 70cm x 8cm diameter.
Our packaging is robust and awesome, but there is always a small possibility that your print may arrive damaged. Please email us ASAP and be patient as we work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Policy
All parcels require a signature on delivery (if you request ‘authority to leave’ then Left Bank Art Group is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.)
Shipping is via a courier network and depending on your location we estimate it will take between 2-10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched. All orders are dispatched from the Left Bank Art Group workshop based in Luscombe QLD 4207.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed. Please make sure if the delivery address is a business, that the business name is supplied. We cannot be responsible for delivery of incorrectly supplied addresses.
order changes and cancellations
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen and it is possible to order the wrong item, so we have set up an automatic 2 hour delay on order fulfillment.
This means that you have a full 2 hours from the time that you place your order to double check it one more time and cancel it if you have made a mistake and re-place your order.
Returns Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
If orders are damaged in transit, Left Bank Art Group will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.
Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.
Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.
Please forward all Returns Claims to: kaitlyn@leftbankartgroup.com.au and clearly state the artist name, order number and client name.
1. Display & Environment
Hang your print in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or areas with high humidity (e.g., bathrooms).
Avoid placing the print where it will be exposed to airborne oils, smoke, or cooking fumes.
2. Cleaning
Dust gently with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
Don't use cleaning sprays, water, or solvents directly on the print surface — these can cause damage to the inks and coating.
3. Handling
Always handle your canvas with clean, dry hands or wear cotton gloves to prevent fingerprints and oils from transferring.
Avoid pressing or touching the printed surface directly — even light pressure can create glossy spots in the print or dimples in the canvas.
4. Storage
Store upright in a protective wrapping (acid-free paper or bubble wrap with the bubble side facing out) to prevent scratches.
Keep in a climate-controlled environment; avoid garages or sheds.
5. Longevity
Our fine art prints are printed with archival giclee inks designed for decades of indoor display.
